Cheshire Young Carers

At Grange Community Nursery and Primary School, we are proud to support Cheshire Young Carers. We recognise that some of our pupils have caring responsibilities at home and understand the impact this can have on their wellbeing, attendance, friendships, and learning. We are committed to identifying and supporting our young carers, ensuring they feel listened to, valued and able to access the support they need. We work closely with Cheshire Young Carers to help our pupils thrive both in school and at home.
